Our Team

Isabelle Melton is the Founder of Montana Soccer Soles and served as the Executive Director from 2015 to 2026. Playing soccer since the age of four, Isabelle has always been passionate about soccer. She created Montana Soccer Soles after working at a summer soccer camp and noticing that some kids felt uncomfortable playing because they did not have shin guards or cleats like the other players. Isabelle combined her dedication to community service with her love for soccer to create Montana Soccer Soles.

 

In May 2026, Isabelle graduated from Harvard Law School where she played soccer for the law school’s club team. She is excited to hand over the organization to Paige Mickelson.
